Eric Spindler, Managing Director. Eric has practiced law for more than 30 years, most recently as a partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. His specialty covered corporate and securities law, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate reorganizations. Eric has extensive experience with the hotel industry, in numerous purchase, sale, financing and management transactions, involving property portfolios, individual hotels and various brands. He has written and spoken on various subjects relating to the hotel and other sectors. Eric has attained General Manager Level 2 certification from one of the major international hotel brands.

Jon Lantz, Managing Director. Jon has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, most recently as President of PKF Hotel Realty. His areas of expertise include acquisition and disposition of hotel properties, financial analysis, evaluation studies, management and franchise contract negotiations. His experience covers hotel consulting, property transactions and operational analysis. He has been responsible for market research and feasibility reports in almost every major city in North America.

Hank Stackhouse, Advisory Director. Hank is an accomplished industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. As the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Hotels and Resorts, Hank led a team of over 8,000 colleagues and oversaw a portfolio of 46 hotels and resorts with more than 13,000 guest rooms across Canada.
